Just arrived home from an amazing 2 weeks holiday in Lanzarote. Our first evening we stopped off at The Anchor for a drink to decide where we would eat that night. After seeing the standard of food coming from the kitchen we decided to stay put and we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful.... More

Visited the anchor bar on our last night of holiday last year and thought it was a lovely bar so came back this year for a two week holiday and spent most of our evenings in the anchor. The staff are hard working and polite and the owner and his wife are hard working and friendly who goes out of... More

Great staff nothing was ever too much trouble, they really make you feel very welcome. The food was always fresh, hot & tasty an overall fantastic bar to visit. If you are with a large party I would recommend you reserve a table as it's gets really busy when the footballs on or it's Elvis night but the staff will... More

I keep coming back to this bar. Food is always tasty, drinks are cold and the owners make you feel welcome each and every time. The perfect place to chill out and enjoy the beautiful ocean view!

If your going to Lanzarote this is one of the must visit places. The staff are great and go out of their way to accommodate you. We needed a table for 10 to eat on one of their busiest nights and they sorted it no problems at all. The Entertainment is always top notch. Elvis night is a must for... More

Visited here yesterday with my husband and 2 sons for dinner it was the last night of our holiday. When we sat down there was a man up a ladder fixing some wires and throwing hammers on the tiled floor plus swearing obscenities at the waitress. We ordered our dinner and advised the girl we were ordering 2 kid's meals... More

A nice English run bar at the far end of Puerto del Carmen. Big breakfasts if that’s what you fancy. A nice spot for a beer or two watching the world go by and enjoying the ocean view. Friday nights are good fun as it’s Piggy Night with live pig racing, with quizzes and prizes. Great family fun!

Had a great lunch at the Anchor Bar a few times last week. Friendly service, good food, nice location. Nicely decorated, as well, loved the phrases painted on the walls! The TV was on, perhaps a bit too loud.

Called here and initially service was slow, but there was one woman serving and it was busy. Well worth the wait, and on holiday are you really in a hurry. So many options for veggies, we were really impressed. I had mushroom omelette, which was the lightest, fluffiest and tastiest omelette I've had in a while. Partner had Pukka cheese... More
