You just know, when you find the best place in León for traditional local dishes. Wonderful local atmosphere and great food. Thank you!

My husband and I ate here in September, 2016. First, a word about our waiter, Daniel. He enhanced the entire evening for us with his pleasant manner and excellent service, especially on the timing of the portions since we like to wait between portions. First...More

Very good restaurant in Leon. Lots of locals. Only place in the world,(Spain), you can have lunch at 4 pm. We had lots of local delicacies. Shrimps with spanish potatoes. Morcilla,( blood sausage), with fried eggs; marinated sardines excelent. Then I had Rodaballo (big sole)...More

A straight forward place. Enter into the bar area with tables to the left that is partitioned off and appear to be reserved for regulars. The bar area was very crowded all night. There is also a room in the back which was fine. There...More

One of the most traditional places in Leon city. A bit off the most turistic areas but with the best home made food ever. A must.

Great homecooking!! The only "problem" are the huge portions. As a couple, you can't order more than 3 things para picar. E.g. the chipirones encebolladas (onioned squids) come in a quantity of 10!! medium-sized whole squids in a magnificant sauce. Try to order medias raciones...More

Had lunch there. Many businessmen. All a la carte. No Menu pricing which is what we enjoy for lunch. Medium priced food. Cooked well but fairly basic. Lots of local restaurants that probably prepare similar for less.
