We really didn't feel welcome in this restaurant from the beginning. The waitress acted as if she didn't like her work at all. She didn't say hello, smashed the menus on the table. After a while she came back to take our order, but didn't ask us if we wanted something to drink. The food was prepared quickly and tasted... More

One of my favorite places to get some really good Indian food in Barcelona. The ambiance is beautiful. The detail and preparation of each dish makes this place a must visit when feeling for some delicious Indian food. A bit pricey but worth it.

This place was a great find. Quality of the chicken was amazing, you didn't need a knife to cut it, simply fell apart. Tasted great as well. Only downside for me was not enough rice, fairly small potions. Not somewhere to go if your on a budget as quite expensive but it is worth it.

Last Friday I had dinner with my family at Mayura. Decor and ambience are great, food is delicious (had the lamb tikka), pakoras were yummy and rose ice cream🌹🍦 delicious 😋 I really recommend it. I don't give 5* because rice was quite dry and the restaurant too warm. Thanks!!

It was a really great surprise to find this place near a crowded shopping area. It's nice, low price and you will really taste this food. Great staff, nice place, awesome atmosphere. Food tastes really good. I will definitely pass by next time!

We went after checking foursquare comments, we tried indian food at different countries and restaurants. Naans(breads) were tasty but rest of the food were avarage. I tried a menu which includes starter, main course and desserts there were three or four different kind of indian dish in one plate. All them were ok but they weren't too tasty. You can... More

So Mayura restaurant was very good! really big portions, variety of dishes, perfect polite service, nice interior. We ordered many positions, but especially good was dhaba menu, chicken curry. we were with children and they made special offers... More

We enjoyed nice food but there is something that we didn't like: mopping the floor near our table while we were still having our starters...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
