I'd have given this place 5 stars but we were kept waiting at the front desk and told Momentito about 5 time, waited 20 minutes after the 2nd momentito. I got the day menu, three selections, appetizer, main course, dessert, included a glass of house wine and water, My food was great, FIduea (spelling?) cuttlefish, then grilled lamb, then a... More

We came here for a (set) lunch at the end of a meeting. Despite having limited time, service was efficient and the food was good, well presented and reasonably plentiful.

Last week I had a a busy doctors' and shopping day, and I decided to improvise me a lunch in the center of the city. I was very honest to them when I said it never came to my mind to make a booking, I just saw them, as I had seen them many times, and I was so tired... More

This place has an italian cousine, it is little hidden inside the building (one floor up) but not the best italian ever. Good deal for quantity, but not a great quality. Is feeds a lot of people for a good price. Not my chice in town.

It was such a nice surprise to find this restaurant. The goat cheese, apple and walnut salad was both delicious and very reasonably priced and the interior of the restaurant was such a nice change from the fast food type of locations throughout the city. It was one of the cheapest places to eat in the city with the best... More

Found the restaurant by chance having walked up and down looking for somewhere reasonably priced with space. It didn't disappoint. Lovely upstairs setting, staff friendly and welcoming, and the food nicely cooked and presented. Try the homemade chef burger it was unusual and very tasty. The Santa Barbara dessert was so light and creamy.

We were looking for a place to eat close to our hotel in paseo de gracia. We gave this rest a chance with no expectations at all. For our surprise we liked it very much and the prices are fare. The croquetas were delicious, the entrecorte steak and also the hamberguer. They close @ 2 am, but Sundays is closed.... More

Had dinner here with friends on a Monday night. There was a menu of the night for €23 each which included a glass of cava, wine, water, coffee and 3 courses. Two of our party had risotto which would have been fine as a main course. The after eight ice cream dessert was to die for! The waiter was super... More

Having spent the day enjoying the sights of Barcelona we stopped to look at the menu and found it to be extremely reasonably priced. We were concerned that it would be poor value but how wrong could we be. The staff were so friendly, the food superb, the ambience brilliant. I cannot recommend it high enough.

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
