I wanted to try Japanese food in Barcelona and I found this place in TripAdvisor. I don't know if I didn't read the reviews well or there were just short because this place is nothing that I was expecting. It's a real humble place, they only have a few dishes and it's very tiny. I have to say that everything... More

Traditional japanese food. The Onigiris are superb! The service is very friendly and the price is acceptable. I heavily recommend it, it is, as always, an extraordinary japanese experience.

It's probably a mother and son that run the restaurant. They are open from 13:00 - 22:00 which is nice as a tourist that tend to eat early. The food is authentic Japanese and the people are really friendly and Japanese people not Chinese run that diner. It's not that expensive and it's not a typical restaurant. Don't let the... More

Its very different from other restaurants I have been, small but very homelike. The waitress (the mum I think) was very careful of all our needs, and very polite, as you think all japanese people are.. or what movies show us.. The food was very good, good rice, good chicken, and the Mochis really good too! I dont have any... More

Went here for dinner. My wife and I ordered the pork katsu don and the veggie tempura don. The veggie tempura was absolutely fantastic. The pork katsu don came with an egg and the sauce underneath tasted great. We would definitely come back here again to try the other items on the menu.

I recommend this nice little restaurant that offers great traditional Japanese food for good value. I suggest to go for lunch rather than dinner

Great food! Traditional japanese food! I recommend the rice cake starters and the chicken curry. Must try the green tea cake.

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
