Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Clean/detailed coffee shop, had a flat white and 2 hot chocolates for the kids. There was no decaf for my wife. Coffee was pretty good 8/10. Great latte art, staff a bit grumpy.

I wouldn’t normally review somewhere I haven’t been to, however, I was really looking forward to trying the coffee here but was unable to do so as the address on their website was incorrect. It took us a long time to locate the address down...lots of little back streets only to find that the cafe was no longer at that location. We worked out from their Instagram that they had moved to another site but we weren’t able to get the address. I called them but the phone number on the website said it wasn’t in service. We went out of our way looking for this cafe and I felt like it was a huge waste of time and very disappointing! Providing correct address details and phone numbers on your website should be very straightforward and these details should be updated as soon as a business changes location. Very disappointing.More

The coffee was incredible! And the staff were lovely. I loved the location of this small but quirky coffee shop, located in a peaceful square of the old town of Barcelona. If you are looking for a good independent coffee shop to go to, this...is the one.More

We tried several of the "hipster" coffee places in Barcelona, and the quality of coffee at this one was the best, at least for iced espresso drinks. Highly recommend

Was searching for a place for a quick coffee and pastry before heading off for a day of a sightseeing. Tasty breakfast pastries, great coffee and kind staff.

Relaxed coffee joint where the locals hang out. No frills, just good coffee and light food options. … just don’t ask for the wifi password

We order 2 coffees and a sweet. That was fine but my coffee ☕️ just warm when received, cold when I finished. I was expensive also. When leaving and trying to pay there was a queue, so I took my place. The staff member moved...the payment terminal to a different position on the counter, others jump in from the queue, I moved over thinking my position would be noted as I was next, nope I was ignored, until last and even then wasn’t acknowledged even thought my payment card was noticeably. I would have walked out without paying, I was so annoyed, then my husband came looking for me, they served him before me, so he paid. Won’t returnMore

Decided while I was queuing to stay in to drink my coffee instead out takeout. I sat at the stool by the till and then watched 5 people get served takeaway over the next 3 -5 minutes. I rejoined the queue and changed my order...to a takeout. Coffee was disappointingly lukewarm .....and no sugar was visibly available, so I had to ask. Also, nowhere to put my sugar wrapper and stirrer, so ended up walking through the cafe to the toilet to find a suitable repository. Maybe they had a bad day ....but if not, they should sharpen up and be mindful of the importance of attention to detail.More

We were looking for some good coffee place and this we found by chance. I asked for drip coffee although it wasn’t on the menu and it was no problem for them. The barrista really did good work. The service was excellent and the price...was good comparing to other cafes.More

Nice and professional barista. Extremely testy waffles with ice cream and Egyptian spices. Also recommend you to take couple packs of coffee beans for home ;)

I had a first class latte with a double shot, and this was on par with the excellent coffee at Ruma's. My partner had an americano with hot milk separate, and did not enjoy it. I went back to the server and asked for an...extra shot put in. The server made a new double shot americano without charge; excellent customer service I thought. Cookies and sweet treats are expensive here starting at 2.80 e. It's a comfortable coffee shop, but not as good as I was led to believe. Can't fault the service, though.More
