I cannot say enough about how pretentious this restaurant thought they should be and how much they failed to deliver. We ordered wine (fine, but overpriced), braised pork cheeks (barely able to cut, needed a couple more hours in oven, chock full of nuts (not identified on English version of menu) which I couldn't eat due to allergens from nuts... Strolled past this place, it looked really nice clean and modern from outside so a quick check with trip advisor and we were in and seated by a smiley waiter who took our drinks order there and then. The Thai Chicken wings which were more like KFC chicken nothing Thai about it but other than that the food was amazing,... More

High quality relaxed food in a smart environment for not so high prices. Street views in a carefully decorated room.

We had an exceptional dinner of wine and fresh, inventive tapas. This was by far the best meal we have had in Spain!

We ate here twice on a four day trip to Barcelona because the tapas and service were exemplary. Beautiful restaurant, delicious food served with gastronomic flair and very attentive, pleasant staff. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful dining experience we just had at La Plassohla. We were seated promptly and our waiter, Louis, explained the menu to us with detail, pointing out his personal favorites. We ordered five dishes. The salmon suke was heaven. The calamari croquettes stopped time when I bit into them and nothing else existed but the flavor. The octopus, indescribably... More

Up scale restaurant, but very inviting, warm and cordial staff. Food is the best around. There is also a separate modern and lovely Wine Bar to relax in. Jazz on Sundays in La Plassohla!

I was intrigued by the appearance of the restaurant so decided to give it a try...and was very glad I did. Wonderful food, friendly and thoughtful service, lovely atmosphere. I returned multiple times during my stay in Barcelona and was always delighted!

In terms of food nothing can be said but it took us more than 30 minutes to place an order between main course and desert. Surprisingly, the staff lost interest in us after we tried to extend our order by one more dish.. Obviously, they did not like the additional business. Sad after the great start we had with a...
