I've been in different Mas Q Menos restaurants and this time stopped by the Rambla Catalunya location. I had Rocket salad with dates, pine nuts, semi dried tomatoes and parmesan flakes and some tomato bread and fresh fruit juice/smoothie on side. Perfect light and healthy lunch.

We enjoyed this outdoor cafe so much, we visited it twice. Connected to a restaurant ( so bathroom facilities or indoor eating are available options), we enjoyed outdoor dining, people watching, and simple, fresh ingredients, in an outdoor setting. The food was delicious. Best suggestion: order the house rioja vino ( red wine). €3-4 a glass and good wine.

Just passing this place I wanted a cup of coffee. I had a very well made expresso. Staff was friendly despite the small ordre.

The tapas were decent here, a good selection for those who love tapas and for those who have never tried them before. I recommend the jamón serrano which was tasty. The only thing that let the experience down was the service. We waited a long time for the food to arrive only to never be brought our patatas bravas despite... More

We ordered a few tapas plates, which were all nice although the tapa de chistorra was a bit too salty for my taste. We also ordered sangria which was great. We were seated outside which was amazing too.

In view of our need for a drink and a few tapas, and finding the lines too long at Cerveceria Catalana round the corner, we chose this over La Bodegueta next door, and enjoyed a couple of simple dishes with an (inevitable) Estrella Damm (for my wife) and a bottle of Mahou Negra for me, seated out on their pavement... Good little spot for a quick drink or bite to eat. Not amazing but nothing bad. Went here twice for quick evening drink and then breakfast in the morning. Service in the morning could have been a little better.

My wife is a virgin (tepas wise!) and this was a great introduction! The selection of tapas was good, the usual favourites, we chose meatballs, ratatouille, pimientos del padron and tempura vegetables; all were good. The service was very good. The only downside was the occasional odour from the lavatory and one of the chairs was broken. But don't let... More

We stopped by this restaurant for a quick bite as we'd been on our feet for a few hours. The hostess and servers knew very limited English, however we were able to have some basic questions about the menu answered. We started off with an amazing salad that had goat cheese and pine nuts and dried fruit followed by a... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
