We had a great culinary experience. The food was top notch. Especially the Chilean Wagyu beef was cooked to perfection. The deserts were outstanding and creative. Well done !

Pakta was a mix of Peruvian and Japanese food, available on a pre-fixe menu. The setting was small and we were seated at the bar (which we loved! It was great to see the food being prepared). The variety and quality of the food was excellent, as was the service. We ended up getting the drink pairing, which included a... More

Great restaurant with one Michelin start. To my personal opinion it deserves two starts. I have been it other Michelin start restaurant and this was superb. The menu is Japanese-Peruvian in a very delicate and subtile mixture of both kitchens.. The service was very good. We got 18 courses that were a heaven for the palate. The deco is simple... More

Pakta is an overall experience .The food and service is great but alittle bit overpriced. Just a step less than Disfrutar and Enigma.

The title of this review sums it up. From the Peruvian dishes with Japanese twist and vice versa, simple yet blows you away. Must visit while in Barcelona.

Innovative combinations of flavors from Japan and Spain provide interesting taste experiences at Pakta. Dishes like ceviche of sea bass, sea urchin with avocado and shoyu, scallop nigiri sushi, and shoyu covered flan with coffee ice cream provide new taste combinations, all interesting, many delicious and memorable. The decor is all Japanese and the variety of different serving dishes is... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Beyond the four columns standing guard at the Plaça Espanya, beyond even the extravagant and colourful fountains guiding your way up the boulevard, stands the impressive and towering structure of the Palau Nacional, the national museum. At this very spot in front of the cascades of the central fountain, Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballe gave the performance of their lifetimes to welcome the 1992 Olympic Games to this magnificent city. And true to its anticipation, the games transformed the city, reimagining the mountain of Montjuic with the development of an arena, stadium, and many other sporting facilities that are open to visitors year-round. Surrounding the adjacent side of the plaza are well-established hotels catering to business guests and a shopping mall transformed out of a historic bullfighting arena.
