We were walking arounf the area looking for the nice tapas place.Every place was either busy, or either didn't look attractive to us. This one looks nice outside and inside too. Designes as typical Spain cuisine. I have to admit- its almost the only one...More

One of the highlights of a trip to Spain, particularly the North, is to try homemade paella. Having scoured Trip Advisor we chose this place as the mid-range paella destination of choice. After a long day's sight-seeing, we entered the restaurant in great expectation. We...More

Very close to Casa Mila, so good location after hours of sightseeing. However, a typical place for tourists: large, spacious, without any distinct character. Sensible food (I had paella), very nice sangria, but service was poor and not friendly. There are a lot better bars...More

Good food, good service! It's right next to casa mila, perfect place to eat after visiting the museum. The squid ink paella is a must try

we tried our first paellas here. The plates were too big. Very tasty. Share one and test their other small plates too. Order a desert.

We visited this place because of the reviews but were disappointed the paella was ok. The service was fine but the restaurant lacked atmosphere wouldn't go back.

This place is ok but not all the reviews had led us to believe. It was a bit touristy and the paella was reasonable but not outstanding. Wouldn't go back.

Description
Paella Del Arte, smack bang in the centre of Barcelona, has opened its door! Situated at 271 Calle Provenca, at the foot of Gaudi's "La Pedrera" (Casa Mila), on the corner of the most impresive Paseo de Gracia avenue, the restaurant-wine bar Paella del Arte proposes typically Spanish fare. This specialist "Paelleria", a heretofore unexploited concept, proposes a combined menu of more than 10 traditional paellas and fideuas that follow original recipes. Customers even have a choice of rice in the making of their paella - round-grain rice, long-grain rice or whole-grain/brown rice. Developed in-house using only the finest ingredients, the paellas and fideuas are prepared and cooked to order by the Paellero. The paella is the most celebrated and most appreciated Spanish dish in the world. It is the ideal dish to enjoy with family or amongst friends. Paella del Arte also proposes a large choice of tapas from the four corners of the Iberian Peninsula, with an impressive menu, which has a tendency towards the region of Andalusia, but also towards the region of the Mancha, and the region of Catalonia... With more than 50 typically Spanish tapas.
