We found this place per chance walking back to our hotel. The staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. The decor was just like an Irish bar. It was like stepping outside of Barcelona for a few beers and being transported to Ireland. Reasonable pricing on...More

Spent 3 nights in BCN and spent every night in Shenanigans. Cheapest beer around. Shane and Aaron two fantastic bar men, and the little pies they serve on Fri and sat night are a great little pick me up. Shame I can't remember much else!...More

When trying to find a sports bar to watch the football whilst in Barcelona you can't look much further than Shenanigans. Multiple screens with multiple games on at once and reasonable drink prices. We tried ordering double vodkas but were told to go with the...More

El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this
gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an
excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic
spots in the entire city. A sense of humble
authenticity protrudes from the many independent
record stores, second hand shops, and student bars
that seem to light up the streets day and night. The
rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day

Shenanigans, formerly known as The Quiet Man, was the first Irish pub to open in Barcelona designed and built in Ireland, then assembled on site almost twenty years ago, with a true Irish feel, friendly atmosphere and the warmth of a classic pub. A true Irish pub located just off La Rambla, with something to offer to everyone. You can enjoy a Guinness whilst sitting with friends in one of the cozy snugs, have a good chat at the bar with our bartenders and fellow customers, or watch the live sport on one of the 4 screens with some good pub food. The design of the pub is old Irish Style with particular attention given to the wooden finish that makes it unique, and original decorations that bring you straight to Ireland in the centre of Barcelona. A family-owned Irish pub where you can have great craic and feel like you're back in Ireland!
