If you are travelling on the budget - it is a wonderfull chain of cafes. Something from tipical local cuisine, something is very "usual". Good quality, eat as much as you can and only 12 euro!

The all you can eat formula is simple and guarantees a good price/quality ratio. The quality of food is on the average, but abundant and tasty. The location seems for some aspects like a canteen, but this is not important if you want to save your money. Food ranges from salads to pasta and pizza and to meat. There's also... More

I visited all restaurants of Fres Co in Barcelona. This is by far, far the absolute worst restaurant of them. The food is extremely poor, old and tasteless. Let's begin with the salads: only two salads, a bunch of huge, dry and old tomatoes, some vegetables which are at least 4 days old. The warm food: three kinds of pizza's,... More

Part of a chain with several locations in Barcelona. For the price , good value with a selection of hot and cold foods.Ideal place to go if you have a good appetite and don't expect too much.

Very good casual restaurant with a perfect price/quality balance. Food is fresh and they have an amazing grill area! All you can eat concept, with something for everyone.

Very average food. Would never go there again. Seating crockery utensils. ...all seems dirty. Had a buffet dinner. No wifi.

Come here very hungry! For about $15, you can fill up plate after plate with grilled meats, paella, and dozens of different kinds of salads and pasta. As their name suggests, everything is fresh and delicious. Try their Mediterranean specialties: “hummus de garbanzo,” and fresh salade de mesclun (green lettuce), a traditional mix from Provence in France which usually includes... More

Hungry we walked in this restaurant and decided for the "All you can eat" It looked nice but tasted bad. We didn't like it and don't eat really much. It was not fresh and everything else, but not tasty. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant in any way and for each price. Go further and everything is better

Stopped here for dinner - the signs outside looked good (showing paella and other dishes). Once paid and inside, told that paella and lots of the other dishes are only available at lunchtime. Bit disappointed. The food we did have was ok, not brilliant, but good value.

Staying in El Born / La Ribera

Neighbourhood Profile
El Born / La Ribera
The labyrinth that is El Born becomes most apparent the moment you turn down one of its side streets. But this is one of the few labyrinths you might actually enjoy losing your way in. After all, there are few places that live and breathe such exciting energy regardless of the time of day. This neighbourhood seamlessly transcends the old and new parts of the city, reflected in its vast array of restaurants ranging from fancy Michelin-star establishments to trendy fusion restaurants. Here you'll find historical and cultural attractions such as the popular Picasso Museum and the Gothic cathedral La Santa Maria del Mar, where you just might be able to catch a traditional Catalan wedding.
