was there in a big group of friends lead by a local fellow. I was very impressed by old medieval interior, nice decorated. Service was good but I was so busy with sangria and tapas. In a single word, I has very happy there. Please go ahead and try, I fully recommend. You will get out happy!

Our son and his roommates (studying for the semester in Barcelona) suggested dinner here when my wife and I visited with our mothers. Nine of us enjoyed delicious tapas and great wine. There was a broad range of choices, and as other reviewers have noted, the portions were larger than most other tapas restaurants -- really entree-sized by American standards.... More

La luna has a great atmosphere and food. Tapas plates are huge and you can totally get your stomach full. Best tapas in BCN so far! We had an amazing waiter as well.

I found the restaurant on tripadvisor and book our NYE dinner there. We had such a blast, the drinks were great and the food amazing. The price is high but worth the food. The staff is really friendly and the atmosphere in the cave really nice.

The food was plenty and tasty. Each tapa could serve as a whole meal but we wanted to try several because they tasted so good. Atmosphere was fresh and classy, though not too chique. Staff was friendly and just visible enough.

My boyfriend and I visited here during our trip to Barcelona, we had walked past during the day and thought the menu sounded great so booked a table and went back that evening. Inside it's a lot bigger then it looks with nice exposed brick and a lovely decor, we had a selection of tapas including squid, fish, Potatoes bravas... More

This is a lovely tucked away restaurant bar in the Gothic Quarter. Highly recommended artisan tapas (not cheap and nasty tourist tapas).

We were told about this excellent bar by our running trip director. We had some excellent tapas and a beer on our first night in Barcelona . Tucked away down an unremarkable street near the cathedral it is a little gem. The gin and tonics the following night were huge and very good The range of genuine cooked to order... More

Wandered in about 9 pm on King's Day. The place was buzzing but not quite full. We were staying close by so the street was not that difficult to find - just look for the out of place Guinness sign. The service was attentive and while I am trying to use my Spanish my husband appreciated the English tapas menus.... More
