Had an amazing 15E prix fix lunch at Manso. Service and food were perfection. Walk the ten minutes from Santiago town center to Manso. You will be very happy you did. One of our best meals in Spain.

This was a wonderful evening! After following a recommendation of Manso, I was a little disappointed to see the typical dishes on the menu. What a surprise! Everything served is a fresh vision of traditional. When we sat down they even brought us a couple...More

Our dining experience at Manso last Saturday night was fabulous from start to finish. Choosing the 50€ gastronomic menu (around 8 or 9 courses including two desserts), we were treated to an inspiring run of superbly conceived dishes. A solid 10 on all counts, visual,...More

A sample of a new generation of galician chefs. Highly recomendable. They also have a very affordable day menu. It is out of the main circuit but it is a very pleasant surprise.

We were staying only a block away so thought we'd try it. What a great experience it turned out to be. The starters given to us were melon with a wonderful spice and then a sardine pate. Both very good. We ordered the ensalada de...More

Was recommended to go here by a fussy customer back home in Melbourne who had recently been. A young team who recently changed the direction of the cuisine against the touristy offerings of the town. It's a bit out of the town centre but 15mins...More

Only 9 reviews? Maybe because it's not in the old city and/or not on any tourist walks? But maybe it has great reviews by local residents in Spanish. We were recommended by Spanish friends in A Coruna. We got there at 9 and the place...More

This is a wonderful restaurant in an unremarkable spot in the new part of Santiago de Compostela, but well worth the walk from the old town. Innovative food but not fussy - very well prepared and wonderful service. We expected it would be busy at...More

Well away from the throng of pilgrims, this restaurant stands out from the standard fare in Santiago restaurants. Chef Alberto Loreo has created modern interpretations of Galician cuisine. We ordered three dishes to share between two people. Before the first course came complementary melon infused...More

For a special occassion, this is your place. Lovely atmosphere and service. I loved the selection of smoked and marinated fish we had for starters. We also tried the venison steak and it was delicious. Wide range of wines to choose.
