Without trip advisor I am sure you would not easily find this restaurant at this time of year. It has a very low profile entrance but don't be put off by that. When we saw the number of reviews and high rating we thought it would be good to try. The atmosphere is buzzing with open kitchens so that you... More

Casa Marcelo presented tapas in such an amazing way. The ingredients are so fresh that it brought out the true experience of the local products. It was such a memorable dinner and every tapas is done is precision and the taste is unforgettable.

Food was good, new flavours and very well presented. We arrived at 1:30pm due to no option of pre-reservation, the restaurant was already full at 1:50pm. The chef suggested what should we eat and portion size too. We arrived very very hungry and after paying 80€ for 2 people, we felt nearly full. The portion size of the bread is... More

I loved the place, amazing and very creative dishes mixing Spanish/Galician with Asian/Oriental cuisines. The servece was not only good but very friendly, it is a fun restaurant to visit.

The best restaurant we've been during our stay in this part of Spain. It's a mix of Japanese and Iberian food, excellent combinations. They served us some small dishes, very, very tasty. You can ask the Chef to surprise with his choices of dishes. It was not cheap, but the price was ok. There is a big table where all... More

We had the best time at Casa Marcelo. The best part was that we didn't have to choose the plates and the chef surprised us with delicious meals. The timing of service was perfect and the food was indescribable.

Sat at the bar and let the chef take us on a stellar journey. Each dish stood on it's own, but the john dory was a knock out. Staff knows their wine and how to make you feel welcomed and nourished. Definitely not traditional and well rounded in presenting unique tastebud stimulation with each presentation. Energetic atmosphere while retaining the... More

We did´t need to ask for meals and they directly offer us an excellent range of dishes mixing originality, quality, flavor, taste and senses.

Tired at the end of the camino, my brother was not in the mood . But we sat at a group table with some US business men and savoured a succession of elegant , clever dishes .. and some great rioja. The duck was exquisite !! Happily recommend. Great atmosphere

My boyfriend and I read a review for Casa Marcelo on TA and decided to give it a try. It was also recommended by a friend from Santiago, so we arrived (as indicated by previous reviews) around 8:30 when they opened. We got seated at the bar right away and since my boyfriend doesn't eat shellfish or pork, we trusted... More
