i sat outside on a lovely warm evening for a drink . good atmosphere with locals in abundance. Good service and reasonable price for the beer. I was given some nice complimentary tapas including smoked sardines.

The picture says it all tuna caviar lox anchovies for 10 euros and generosity portions too. In fact it's the first plate of lox that I couldn't finish in my entire life. Either I'm dying or they gave me too much. But who can argue with too much Be sure to sit on the tapas side. The tables without tablecloths... More

I ate here on my last day in Madrid and the food was incredible! It was recommended by my hotel, Hotel Villa De Barajas. I had the ceviche which was incredibly fresh and a salad with warm goat cheese on top. The wine was perfect and the service was really fast

On a pleasant but busy street in the Barajas area of Madrid we came upon La Viña, and what a surprise. Their menu is varied and inexpensive, but best of all, full of inventive taste. I even felt the Viña burger should be renamed because it was so far above any burger I'd tasted previously. Helpful bi-lingual wait-staff, and a... More

Staying at a nearby hotel, we visited this likely looking place late afternoon for a glass of wine or two. Glass of wine or two is what we got! The usual tapas being restricted to two small bowls of pea soup. Very strange indeed. Now, yes it was busy, and all tables taken, but there were at least four waiters... More

I went there because was close to airport and still open until 2 am and they take advantage of this with overpriced plates in ridiculous portions. Please see the photo attached of the bill: 3 spoons of rice with mushrooms (risotto) more then 11 Euros and one little bottle of water 2,80 !!! Stay far away...this is a pure robbery... More

Thank goodness for this restaurant. Our flight was cancelled and we were staying in the Melia hotel down the street and the restaurant there was disgusting. We decided to venture outside to see if we could at least find something edible and came across this delightful little place with a shaded outdoor patio, lovely staff, delicious tapas and good prices.... A quick find once you walk out of your hotel. I stayed at the BW Barajas. Great ambiance, well laid out food, non-smoking while inside, reasonable prices. Great wine! Will return for sure.
