I came here to have lunch one Monday but left disappointed. I had the "medio" menu del dia; so one dish and a drink for 7,50e, rather than the full menu del dia for 10,50e. The main dish I had was a salmon fillet which...More

The first decent coffee after a week in Madrid. Very relaxed, nice service, excellent cheesecake and, of course, the coffee. Stop by if you can.

Chueca is the hip, gay neighbourhood of Madrid where
many of the streets are narrow and intimate, but where
the hustle and bustle and the eclectic storefronts and
people give it a distinctly urban feel. The main
thoroughfare is Calle Hortaleza and the main square is
Plaza Chueca, completely filled with terraza tables
serving copas (mixed drinks) during summer. A mixture
of trendy and grungy, some of the adult businesses
