3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 June 2016

Restaurant specializes in beef and offers lots of hamburgers. The waiter told me they had the best hamburgers in Madrid. Against my better judgement I ordered a hamburger outside of North America. Just had lunch with my daughter there, not the best experience. We ordered from a day menu. After waiting for a while, a long while we thought, the dishes were brought out, the starters and the seconds on the same tray. The Quesadilla of my daughter was burned and cold, my burger which I asked for 'al punto' was very... More

In brief 1)The menu is satisfactory, whatever we have tried in terms of burger and salad was delicious. Prices are reasonable 2)The staff is really good, polite and fast 3)The decoration-environment is pretty industrial. cold and dark. I suppose there is a concept of a modernized burger place, kind of reminding a club, but I would prefer something more cozy.... More

Staying in Barrio de Salamanca

Neighbourhood Profile
Barrio de Salamanca
Broad, tree-lined avenues with pretty streetlights frame the neighbourhood of Barrio Salamanca. With beautiful condominium buildings that make up most blocks in this area, this part of town is refined and quiet. It is also host to a few of the city's large shopping avenues, including Calle Serrano and Calle Jose Ortega y Gasset. A walk down these streets will reveal upscale chains, small boutiques, and plenty of opportunities for shopping or checking out the stylish displays. The locals here are polished and fashionable, the atmosphere is leisurely, and the lush Retiro Park on the southern border is yet another opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. A stroll through Barrio Salamanca is all about admiring the beautiful architecture, window-shopping, and people-watching in this upper-crust corner of Madrid.
