Went there for dinner, had a large salad and lamb kidneys as an appetizer and half a lamb as main course, dessert was puff pastry with pudding. Everything was great and really cooked to perfection. The price was also reasonable, service was quick.

La Tahona has become one of my favorite restaurants in Madrid. I go there to have a nice juicy dishes. Try the quarter roasted lamb and don't forget to try the Riñones (lamb kidneys), it's absolutely delicious.
