I will return but on a less busy day. Food was nice and if you get the discount offered by The Fork or El tenedor its worth it......if not it would be pricey.

We went to this restaurant with mixed feelings as the reviews were not so favourable. I made it a point to mention this when I booked a table for 12. The place is tastefully decorated with an middle Eastern flair. We ordered our drinks, and starters. The starters were ok, but what blew our tastebuds were the tajines. They were... More

Location was good just 2 mins walk from hotel, the service was not all that bad, but the food was as taken out of a micro hot surface and cold inside. The restaurant was recommended by our hotel, but I told them that was a bad recommendation. We will never return to this place ever again !!

Found this little gem just off the centre of Valencia and wasn't disappointed. Excellent welcome, and although it was a Saturday night it wasn't too busy. The starters were nice and tasty as recommended. The only slight negative I could say is that the mains were a bit on the small side, but they were very nice. Reasonable prices for... More

Never having eaten Arab-type food before, we were unsure as what to expect. It was excellent! We were eating at 3 pm, so it was not busy. The young waitress was one of the best we have been served by; she was kind and attentive, friendly - without being over-familiar. We have recommended the restaurant to relatives who live in... We have our lunch there. The waiter patiently described all the dishes in the menu. The food was very good but the tea beat everything. Nice place to have a break.

When we arrived we were the only guests and the restaurant felt very cold (december) We should have gone but the waitress very charming so we stayed. Glad we did as food really very nice. Lovely presentation and they are quite flexible about changing the set menus to anything you like of similar value. We enjoyed and a few more... More

Sahara de Valencia is like a setting from 1001 Arabian nights. It offers mainly Moroccan food with Lebanese, Syrian and Saudi influences, resulting in the best Arabic dishes. The menu is divided into hot and cold starters, soups, salads, meats, fish, couscous and dessert, all with their Arabic names and clear explanations. There are three tasting menus (Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar) featuring a wide variety of options. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the restaurant offers diners a chance to enjoy an Arabic dancing show.
