We booked for dinner. It offers two possibilities of a prix fix menu. See our comment on this in dishes to recommend. The atmosphere is tranquil, with excellent service essential for the whole experience. Each dish(9of them) was explained thoroughly. The only dish which for us did not reach our expectations according to its name was the Cubalibre de foie",... More

We opted for the festival tasting menu with the accompanying drinks menu (~170€ per head). The culinary journey was simply unbelievable, and too extensive to comment on every course. Personal highlights have to be... The 'petals of rose and Apple gin & tonic' served in an actual rose was stunning. The 'Cubalibre of foie gras' was the chef's signature dish,... More

We felt, from the very beginning, warmly welcome from the restaurant manager. She took our coats and showed us the way to our table. Once there, we were offered an aperitif to start our experience, they were delivered quick and with a nice smile from the sommelier. The restaurant manager came after with the menus, there are three tasting menus... More

Trough the whole dinner we were very satisfied with food, the food presentation and with wine choice from the side of house sommelier, according to that we drank spanish wine, we're not familiar with,He really hit the taste. The surprise came at the end when we find out that the restaurant has one mischellin star, that it really deserves!

lovely restaurant in the city of Valencia. We had a choice of 3 lunch menus and we chose the middle one accompanied with white and red wine. The presentation and flavours of the food were out of this world, the rose petals were a work of art and tasted wonderful also. The staff had a great command of English and... More

Nice restaurant with 3 dinner menu offered. We chose the Festival dinner menu: the food was delicious and well presented, but for me it was too much - I had to leave half of a very tasty meat and desserts on plates... So I would recommend the Historical dinner menu, as it contains all my favourite dishes (Petals of rose... More

We had a wonderful Halloween dinner here. We had the historic tasting menu and weren't disappointed. The courses were plentiful, full of flavours and textures and just kept on coming. The waiting staff were friendly, attentive and professional and even head chef stopped by the table to ensure we were enjoying our meal. The meal with its variety of courses... More

Nice restaurant on first floor. Modern style. Incredible good food 2 Michelin star level! Well balanced tastes, creative and very nice presented. Staff is very professional, friendly and speaks good English. Great wine list. Moderate prices. This is a restaurant not to be missed in Valencia. Michelin wake up; this is a truly a 2 stars restaurant.

Firstly, the majority of the food was below average and unimpressive.. my favourite thing was the Cuba libre foie gras and the Amuse Bouche which was a tasty variety of vegetable flavoured crisps and wafers. The red prawn dish was the funniest (worst) thing I'd had in a long time. Presented in a red plastic bag wrapped like a present,... More

This is by far the best restaurant I've been to. Quique Dacosta and his team are simply food magicians. The prices are extremely reasonable for a Michelin rated restaurant Three tasting menu choices light, medium, full. The full menu is about a hundred euro. Make sure you are hungry before picking the full sized menu. It's worth the experience but... More
