A local friend recommended La Riua as a special place for a truly authentic paella. When I mentioned it to the hotel concierge he immediately agreed and made reservations for our group of four. We are all extensive travelers and found the Paella Valenciana and...More

During our stay in Valencia, I googled ‘best paella in Valencia’ and this hidden gem came up. La Riua (in the historic centre) feels tucked away somewhat and didn’t have any of the ‘advertisements’ that you often get with people asking you to come in....More

I can't begin to describe how amazing the paella is at La Riua. If there's one restaurant you need to go to in Valencia it's this one!

Apparently so I was told when in Valencia you only eat Paella for lunch! Well it’s true and La Riua is probably the best place in Valencia to have it. It’s a Mum and Dad run restaurant and it’s wonderful. Nothing fancy but tourists and...More

We wanted a classic paella to try while in Valencia, so we chose this place as recommended in TA. The staff are very kind and friendly. Ordered the paella valenciana - amazing! Very tasty and offered at reasonable price! You won't be disappointed.
