Stopped for lunch with a cruise party. Very clean, good service and above all good food, wine was included both red and white or soft drinks. First course was pasta in a veggie/tomato sauce , very tasty followed by what looked like a type of flatfish covered with a crispy coating with a mixed salad. Fish was very good, the... More

We had lunch at this restaurant and it was completely unremarkable. It consisted of pasta, ravioli and penne with a tomato, zucchini and eggplant sauce. This was followed by a chicken breast with mozzarella and French fries, finally desert a light chocolate torte with almonds. Nothing was bad but nothing really good either.

Great restaurant with very good food. They serve typical capri island menu. It's all about seafood, I ate Spaghetti with seafood and Fried shrimp and calamari. Hope will come back soon

Was here for lunch. Pasta, chicken parm, fresh bread, local wine. Could not be better. Will return here on my next visit.

We were quite happy with both the service and the food here. I would imagine that had we visited during the height of tourist season, we might have felt differently. The view was great and prices were not outrageous.

We stumbled across La Pigna as we explored Capri. We looked at many menus and were totally turned off by the tourist prices. When we arrived, the place was almost empty and we were promptly seated at a window table with a great view. The menu was OK, nothing very exciting. One problem was communication with our waiter; he didn't... More

Good, modestly priced restaurants are hard to find in Capri. La Pigna is modestly priced (relatively speaking!). The food is okay but will not win any awards. The restaurant is absolutely geared to mass tour groups. Bus loads were going through on a virtual assembly line. The tables were set and bread on the table long before the groups arrived.... More

Uncooked risoto, cold meat, terribly delayed service, a disaster. You can find better places to eat at Capri, do not go there. Could be a good idea to rate Minus 1,2,3

One day tour of Capri with lunch provided.....wasn't expecting much from a one day tour...but this place is really good. Had really nice Roast Chicken and Cannelloni and really nice red wine.....would definitely go there again....I am not sure of the price as it was included in our day tour cost.

We had lunch here as part of our Princess Cruise excursion. It was one of our better tour lunches. We were served crusty bread, a green salad, delicious cannelloni, a good mozzarella and tomato chicken, and decent almond cake. Drinks included water, white wine, red wine, and espresso. Our tour guide had told us that we would be having ice... More
