The most famous coffee house in Naples and Italy probably, given that Naples is synonymous with coffee to Italians. You must come here and buy an espresso but have it at the bar, otherwise its expensive. The dolce is also very good

In the heart of Naples, easy to find. Good coffee. Friendly helpful staff, Try a plate of savoury pastries for a light lunch (one plate between the two of us was enough) and try the filled sweet filled pastries on another day!

In case if you take a table it costs 4-5 times more with the service fee. (This is the fact the tourist info has never... More

The place for the real espresso; accompanied by some sweet treats. Alternatively later in the day take a wine outside and get served some tramezzini.

I lived for 25 years just 100 meters from this place..... terrible: worst coffee ever although I have to admit the location is super as well as the furniture. Unfortunately food, pastries and drinks are low quality.

Cold coffee for a big price, terrace not in the sun. Service not really friendly. Its recommended in guide, but skip it and take coffee 2 doors further

We had three pastries and coffee. The coffee was fine, and the pastries were good but not exceptional. The location is central. The price was about double what one would pay elsewhere.

Beautiful and unique place in a magnificent location. Having been a customer since the opening I have noted a continous peggiorative process in the management of this Gran Caffè. Prices continue to go up while quality is slowly going down. Unclear why an espresso at the bar costs approx 20% more than in any other place in Napoli not even... More
