Didn’t expect much. From the outside it looked underwhelming and very touristy. But in the inside it was a much better experience. The food was good quality, the kids loved their granitas, the staff were very friendly. Would come back if we visited again.
My husband and I visited Pompeii as part of our 20th wedding anniversary celebration. However after eating takeaway pizza, we got terrible food poisoning and were very very poorly. It ruined the rest of our holiday.
The restaurant is right opposite the pompie site. Served good fresh juices which was nice after a hot day but the pizza was pathetic!! After eating pizza in Naples this was really not something we wanted to eat.
After almost 5 hours at the Pompeii site, we exited and this restaurant is directly opposite. Just a few yards away from the train station.
