The atmosphere is local and friendly, expectations to the taste a bit higher that the food itself. Nice place for families but expect small portions and bit too much salt.

Went here on two nights as we were so impressed. For something a bit different, yet yummy and affordable, we'd highly recommend Zahara. Very friendly staff/proprietors.

Happened on this as we left the Vatican. Quiet and excellent food. Service was great. Just over the bridge after leaving the Piazza San pietro.
