First time we arrived there it was impossible to get a table so we tried the other day and were lucky enough. First of all I should mention that the staff are kind of impatient. The waiter gave us a menu and came every minute to ask if we were ready to order. Don't you know that the rules of... More

One of my favorite foods is Italian I like to try everyplace that has good reviews on trip advisor. So I couldn't wait to try Trattoria Del Pollarolo. The food was good - to very good and the pizza was what you expect from a traditional Italian pizza thin and dry with just a little cheese and sauce ...but the... More

We visited Trattoria del Pollarolo (Dal Pollarolo) due to its close proximity to Piazza Del Popolo, recommended to try Buffalo Mozzarella and a local Spaghetti Carbonara. Service - 4 - This can't really be faulted, food came promptly, no complaints. Food - 2 - Buffalo Mozzarella and Parma Ham was as good as we have been told and went on... More

This was a few steps from piazza del popolo. Thankful to have taken those steps. Its about half the price of those with a view of the piazza. And probably has better food. The service was very good and the place seemed very authentic. We had pasta dishes which were very nice, but saw other more exotic dishes being served.... More

The food and the prices are moderate.Actually we had better food yesterday which is hard to measure.I had a pizza which was very thin and tasty bit a bit burned on the outside. If you are hungry try it if you can still go a mile do it!

We arrived around 10 PM. The antipasto, pizze and Moretti were good, not extraordinary, but certainly good enough to warm us in a comfortable place. That night the staff seemed tired. It clearly had been a busy night.

What can be said about this place. Traditional food which looks and tastes amazing. The restaurant is not grand but practical but has a homely feel and nothing is too much trouble. We always try to eat where the locals go and this ticked that box. We are here twice for dinner try the baked chicken it's the best. The... More

Great experience, delicious food, friendly helpful efficient service. Wish we had found this place earlier after quite a few disappointments in overpriced restaurants in the area.

We went there without a reservation. But they gave us a table though. Thank you. We ordered pizzas. They were all good and the service was quick. It's a small restaurant but very famous and this district. They have also pastas and other dishes.
