A lovely little restaurant. The menu isn't large but the food is very good. I had seafood pasta to start and the Barolo beef which was delicious. My husband had mushrooms followed by veal. We also had dessert, bottle of wine and some water (no...More

The Hostaria Costaza was recommended to us by a local and it was amazing! The location is incredible. The walls in one part are part of an ancient building that could not be disturbed. The result is a delightful atmosphere. The stuffed zucchini flowers alone...More

Our hotel recommended this restaurant and we're so glad we took their recommendation. We were able to eat outside, which we prefer. Always get the house wine!

Ate here on our first night in Rome. The food was great, as was the wine. Had a great time talking and joking with our waiter. I had steak and my wife had pasta, we also got the artichokes. Would definitely recommend.

Such an interesting restaurant set in the remains of the old ancient theatre of Pompeo . Outstanding food and fab wine list. Efficient helpful staff.

Housed in the basement of an original section of a Roman Theater the atmosphere here is nothing short of breathtaking. In addition, the food is exceptional and the service first class. It is a little difficult to find so a good map is essential but...More

Visited Hosteria Costanza twice for dinner during our recent trip to Rome. One time seated outside, once inside. The inside is unique, I would try it. The meals were very good both nights. Of special note would be the cacio e pepe. A wonderful dish,...More

We were struggling to find a good restaurant in Rome. This place was really good. The artichoke ravioli was really good as was the steak. Would definitely go back.

Lovely meals of quality ingredients beautifully prepared. Had a pizza with many great toppings and mixed sauted fresh vegetables. The house wine was tasty. I believe local cogniscenti know that this is The Place for a quality meal!

Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a
five-minute walk of each other, the
Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and
most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful
throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art
galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighbourhood
museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the
streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa

I thought their prices were extremely good for the quality, quantity and service. I had a bottle of red wine, an appetizer, entrée, I think I had a salad and dessert. The total cost was only $68 US. This was in December 2014.
