This place has a hand full of amazing items on the menus. The spaghetti and meatballs, lamb, steak, chicken and bread were all amazing. Very local and quite.

I had their eggplant parmesan with 1/4 liter of house wine, fizzy water, dessert and coffee and it was all good! You do have to walk down some stairs to enter.

We dined here at the recommendation of our hotel receptionist, who told us this spot would provide good local food. We went at 7, too early for the Italian crowd, and most of the other diners seemed to be other Americans following Rick Steve’s guidebook....More

We visited this ristorante in 2004 and came back for lunch recently while visiting Rome. Very reasonable and great food. Built on repeat local business. Food was very good and as we remembered it from 2004. Highly recommend!
