Servers here were so rude, I couldn't figure out what I could have done in my short time seated to anger them. But reading the other reviews, I can see that it wasn't personal. On top of that, my carbonara was disappointing- al dente practically to the point of being crunchy, while the ham was soft gelatinous blobs.

The food was fine, but the waitress was rude to the point of being mean. At one point I felt like walking out. Oh well.

My family (wife and 2 year old daughter) and I had just landed in Rome. We were set for a tasty italian cuisine from the moment we arrived. Da Robertino was the spot! Amazing food and great wine and open late for the late travelers. This a must on your list. Their service is top notch they even had diapers... More

The food was good. We had the rigatoni carbonara and the amatriciana pasta. The food was served with some nice bread. It was good value for lunch. The service was lacking however. It took a while to be seated as the waiter kept walking past us even though it wasn't busy, we also waited for menus. A female server then... More

After an unfriendly welcome we got a table for 2 outside. Although the waiter seated us, he didn't offer the menu or ask for drinks. We were waiting another 10 minutes without getting anything. Then we asked friendly for the menu and got one in french (even though we don't speak french). Very unfriendly and unattentative service.

We waited a while too long for the service to notice us. After they did show us to a table we didnt get a menu for ages, not even cuttlery. The table next to us got it faster even when arriving 5minutes later. Then when we asked for a menu we got a french menu, just becauseit was in her... More

Late lunch. Waited 25 minutes for menu, then another 25 for the food to arrive. Served food by lady who said all the staff had been working since 10am and were tired and hungry. Then charged 10 Euro for a glass of wine, no receipt given. Definitely not returning to this restaurant.

Tried to get a table but were told that there were no tables outside even though there were 3 empty tables (we were told they were booked) . We were given a table inside which were near a bar and a table right next to it was covered in stationery (again there was another empty table which was empty). When... More
