This is where our local friends brought us. We had so many delicious things. The focaccia is amazing, the black footed ham is great, great wine selection, amazing desserts. Wonderful fish and vegetables. My kids devoured the lamb. Would highly recommend.

Large restaurant with a loyal client base. Excellent selection of fresh fish. The fillet steak was perfect although the spinach was lukewarm and not very interesting. Efficient and friendly service.

Da Settimio's has been around and providing reliably good food and service for years. Their menu is a nice mix of tried and true Italian favorites (carciofi alla romana and giudea, for example), and some of their own creations, grounded in traditional dishes but with a twist. Our server was a model of friendly professionalism. The restaurant is tucked away... More

I can't say enough, this was my best meal in Rome. Not the usual salami and cheese. Not only was my meal great, I wanted to eat what was sent to every other table. It also inspired me to cook a few new meals myself. Bellisimo!

Amazing glaciers from start to finish! We were referred by our B&B hosts and were not disappointed. They helped chose the wine and the gnocchi with amatriciana sauce will ruin gnocchi for you from any where else!

My wife and I just returned to our apartment after eating outside at this restaurant. The food was excellent. The setting is beautiful. The entree of fried artichoke was nice. Best gnocchi we've had in Italy. The pasta with cheese and cracked pepper (can't remember what it was called) was very nice too. The downside was the service. There are... More

High class Italian dining. Waiter told us about a cold mushroom salad specialty to this restaurant using the Ovoli Mushroom - delicious. Beautiful range of fish on display as you enter the restaurant. Menu is in Italian, English and Russian

If you want to have a deeply jump in flavour of fresh fish and stone's crunchy pizza take a trip to Settimio. They are very kind.

I love Rome but have never been very impressed by much of the food. Setting was an exception. So grateful a friend we met in the states recommended this, his favorite restaurant from his home town. Had a lovely meal outside. Fried artichokes, grilled mushrooms and eggplant polenta w scallops to start. Carbonara and Amantrica (sp?) pasta for primi and... More

After many visits to this restaurant, I have now decided not to return. My Favorite dishes were always the cacio e pepe and the tagliata di tonno. In January the server argued with me that the tuna is meant to be well done, and when I insisted, brought a fresh serving of rare tuna slices. 2 weeks ago the pasta... More
