We were looking for a nice restaurant to eat. We walked past this place a few times as it was very close to our hotel. A nice and unique experience sitting outside on the pavement, although covered up and heaters in case the weather was cold. The service was very good and swift. I'd say there wasn't anytime between our... More

We visited this restaurant and first impressions were good- the staff were very friendly and helpful- our starters were plentiful and very nice but sadly the main failed to deliver- we went for steak and were disappointed- we didn't eat it however the waiter was clearly upset that we were unhappy and took this off the bill, which we greatly... Small caffe/restaurant in Lazio district on corner of via piave / Settembre. Good outside seating area which is covered and heated, the service was friendly and very good. Food we had was very tasty and very good value, decent choice of wines also. However for a great dessert i would recommend Galateria la Romana which is right opposite.

Went in evening of 2nd March 2017. Had cheese and bacon pasta to start, followed by grilled chicken breast, followed by gelato. Service was very good as was the food and prices. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Would highly recommend.

A small cafe with outdoor seating in a tented area. The staff were very attentive and polite. They all spoke perfect English so that helped the experience. Food was well presented, tasty and reasonably priced.

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
