Went here because a friend had told about the gelato. It was good but the staff was so rude. Felt like the people in the queue were an inconvenience for them. They told nothing about the flavors without asking.

Absolutely loved this place! I went for four scoops of gelato, all of which were amazing!! Great value, and the highlight was definitely their own Frigidarium gelato. Would highly recommend. :)

I can't say this is the best gelato in Italy, like a lot of reviewers say about various places, because I haven't tried many, but I can say that this is definitely great gelato. And while this may be blasphemy for Italians, my fellow Americans may like the fact that you can get your gelato dipped in chocolate, or "magic... More

Walking nearby Piazza Navona, after a delightful late lunch at I Pizzicaroli, we ran into each other. It was love at first Gelato. Not trying and enjoying as many Gelatos as you can in Italy is a sin. Frigidarium turned out to be my favorite, and we tried many great Gelatos in Rome, even though it was winter. My favorite... Went here every day of my Rome trip and couldn't get enough of it! Prices are great for what you get and there are new tastes everyday. Loved it!

Really good ice cream in very good price ( 3 EUR). I found only one disadvantage for foreigns: names of tastes are in italian, so you have to ask for english description or... surprise yourself taking something that you don't know what does it mean. The best in Frigidarium is big serving of ice cream and don't forget about its... More

Prices are excellent, the service is also great. Simply said: one of the best ice cream parlours in Rome. I ate about 8 different tastes, all tasted very lifelike and authentic. The girls who were selling it were very charming and always smiling. They understand broken Italian as well as English and will advise you even in the rush hours... More

I had the house Frigidarium flavor that was a version of 'cookies and cream'. DELICIOUS. The kids had lemon and it was nice and tart.

I had the most wonderful stracciatella gelato here. It was the perfect combination of creamy and chocolatey and all around delicious. I had this gelato probably 4 times over the last week and even in 30 degree weather. So worth it!

Figidarium house is a classic Italian gelato where tradition and the search for new flavors are always accompanied by the choice of quality ingredientsThe customer service is not limited to the essential, but try to convey the passion and attention that we have in the laboratory to produce our ice cream.
