My husband, young son and I visited after a long morning walk around Centro Storico. Liked that they weren't trying to beckon us in! Had three amazing pizzas and drinks. Great Caprese salad too. Very friendly guys, nice atmosphere. Very clean. Lazio fans ... so don't take your AS Roma bag in ( as my son did much to their... More

My husband and I had just come back from a long day tour and wanted a quick and casual dinner. It was late at night around 1030pm. We saw Piccolo Buco had high ratings on tripadvisor so we decided to try it. The Bruschetta and pizza we ordered were WONDERFUL. Both tasted so good. The only reason I am giving... More

Thought we'd try this restaurant based on the reviews and pleased to say it didn't disappoint. Visited with two young children and they offered to make smaller pizzas and charged 50% of the adult equivalent which was nice. The prices were very reasonable and the food was outstanding. Service was also superb. What more can I say; it's well worth... More

Close to the Trevi fountain so often very busy, but the food is excellent. Pizza, probably the best I came across in Rome. It's a small place, so reservations recommended as it's often very busy. Risotto was also delicious and reasonably priced for portions, location and atmosphere. I would definitely come back!

Piccolo Buco is one of my favorite restaurants to come to in Rome, I always end up there multiple times. It has a very touristy location by the Trevi, but don't let that deter you. What always brings me back? Their whole menu is excellent, but the star of the show is their extensive pizza menu, all made to order... More

In the busy touristy district of the Trevi Fountain, it was not obvious to find a place offering generous and genuine Italian food. The place is small (maximum 40 people I would say) but the service is friendly and attentive. The speciality is pizza. They do not have gluten free options on the menu but made a fantastic risotto at... More

We pretty much stumbled across this place on our last day in Rome. We really wanted a decent pizza so googled where to go in the area. Whilst unassuming from the outside the food did not let us down! The Bresaola to start was fantastic and the pizza was to die for. Having wanting to try and proper Italian carbonara... More

We went as a family of five for dinner. We ordered the carbonara, amitriciana, calzone and large salad. Portions were decent and very tasty. Not a lot of meat. Prices very reasonable. Friendly and helpful service. They're closed from 3-6pm. 10% service change. Total bill £60. Would definitely return.

The restaurants that are really good does not need a person to flag people to come in. The food here is delicious. The pasta and pizza just excellent. The cheesecake was heaven . I came the next day to order food for take out here since this place is always packed. They ran out of cheesecake he next day so... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
