Food is in the everage and portions are very small. With such a small quantity the food result a bit overpriced. Anyway the worst part comes at the end when we ask the bill and, after a long wait to get the change, 2€ and...More

Stumbled across this place in Travestere, nice eating area outside and inside was nice too. Staff were great and the food was excellent. Reasonable price and some of the best we've had across Tuscany, Florence and Rome. Superb.

I learned about this gem through another site. Very authentic food in an out of the way place. It appeared to be a heavy local place. My wife and I had the pasta with shrimp and tried the meatballs. Both were excellent and the meatballs...More

Exhausted after a long night/day/night of travel, we happened upon this place after the nearby recommended restaurant from our airbnb host was closed. We were welcomed and treated to the best carbonara ever encountered, seriously - I wanted to cry it was so good. Reasonably...More

We found this place by accident - our originally intended location for dinner was fully booked, but that turned out to be lucky for us! Service was a little slow, which is why we give it 4/5, but my husband had the best carbonara he's...More

Out on a walk we kind of stumbled across this place. Was a quiet and relaxing type of place in Trastevere. Came for lunch. We were treated so well. Service was excellent. Had the Cacio e Pepe which was perfect. Also had a super fresh...More

Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded
postcard, a little worn around the edges but still
charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering
streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and
overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible
mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of
entertainment - a rotating set of street performers
entertains almost every night, and unforgettable
