The food at this restaurant was exceptionally good! & amazing selection of wine, although I'd say it was a little bit on the pricey side, although I'd say it was worth it as the selection, presentation, quality was fab. I had the focaccia caprese & pistachio creme brulee - was definitely one my favourite meals during my stay. Our only... More

We were in Rome for 4 days and ate here on our last night which was also my birthday. Therefore we wanted somewhere above average and we were not dissapointed. The food and service were exceptional. We had the board of meats and cheese to share to start followed by two pasta dishes. For desert we had creme brulee and... More

We visited in the summer during a grand tour of Italy and stumbled upon this little restaurant in the heart of Rome. The service was quick and friendly, our food was wonderful! Honestly one of the best lasagnas I've ever tasted. During our meal, after finishing our main course there was a power cut. The darkness lasted a few minutes... More

Found this little restaurant hidden away down a side road close to the Trevi fountain. It was very empty when we arrived which always makes me a little wary, however within 30 minutes of being there the restaurant was full. We were greeted with a warm smile and the waiting staff were very attentive throughout the duration of our meal.... More

We had lunch with my children. My daughter had a beef stake with salad. My son and me had freshly made pasta recommended by the waitress. The wine was a good chioce as well as the creme brulee at the end of our lunch. Recommended, especially for dinner. Atmosphere is great.

Great food, excellent wine, perfect location. If you are by the Trevi fountain, definitely go there for dinner instead of the mainstream places around the fountain. It's a 1 min walk away,on a quite street that seems to be in another part of Rome,so much the atmosphere is pleasant, contrary to the other restaurants just off the street that are very tourist-y. Recommend!

This is a lovely delicatessen style restaurant with a wood interior right in the centre of Rome. Prices we pretty good ranging between 8-15 euros for a main and 4-8 for a starter. The puddings were great. This is on a street just yards from the trevi fountain. You would really struggle to find something that wasn't super touristy -... More

We had a lovely leisurely lunch here. Although it is in the heart of Trevi touristville, it is far from a tourist restaurant. It has a great, more sophisticated vibe and I am more than comfortable being surrounded by wine bottles. The food and service was excellent. I know the service can be slower in Italy but the pace was... More

This restaurant was so good we went twice! All meals were great (there was 6 of us night one and 4 night 2). Don't miss the desserts - they were amazing. Wines were good also - easy to choose and not too expensive,

We wisited the S e F with the family, and IT was slight disapointment. The service was sloppy - we had to wait 45 min for our primo platte, and when we ask the waiter we got a rather rude answer. When the plate finally came it was very nice. Our main course was Saltimboccia - and was also OK... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
