The seafood salad was gummy and with artificial crab sticks. Just much lemon juice. Pizza was like frozen.

Really well cooked fresh food. Served by friendly staff! Eat twice whilst in Rome for the rugby! Not far from train station. Eating inside or out . Frequented by the locals. Well priced and presented well.

What a pitiful restaurant in our experience. The set menu consisted of soup which looked and tasted like prison food. Followed by Veal and a few roast potatoes. Rarely have we experienced such a woeful restaurant on our travels.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only
way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The
Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas
in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s
famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to
its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub,
Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot
