Went to eat dinner. But was not good. The waiter gave me dirty ashtray. And the other waiter was eviche without constantly watching her movements. The pizza margarita was not tasty. The pasta alla amatriciana was ok.

Happened upon this restaurant during an evening walk, waitress was upon us in a second not really giving us time to think but after a lot of prompting from her we decided to stay. We both had starter which was average and the I decided on a steal for mains, I wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked and when... More

It's startling that so many restaurants in the Termini area don't have WIFI since the patrons overwhelmingly are tourists. This was why I stopped here and had a great meal. The bruschetta was a large piece of bread soaked in flavored olive oil and covered by marinaded tomatoes. I had the fettucini with mushrooms which was delicious. Prices were affordable... More

Chose this place cause it was convenient to be near the hotel. Very interesting set menus. The food was very good and even the housewine. We stayed on a table inside. The place is fine a typical Italian restaurant where you are served genuine Italian food.

I like that the waiters were welcome to customers and try to make us feel good the food was ok, but I don't recommend pasta. Maybe you can choose pizza instead. I recommend this restaurant.

The waiter were really nice and put together a table for 6 near the entrance because we wanted to stay outside but due to some restrictions they couldn't put out the tables. Food was good, average thow. I've ordered a 4stagioni but the waiter forgot to note it down and I've requested again the pizza when I realized the all... More

First visit to Rome and I was excited about trying the pizza. Found this restaurant close to our hotel on the first night. We had two pizzas, they come in one size, about 14", priced anywhere from €8-€12. The service is good, efficient without being intruding. The pizza was excellent, so good we came back the next night! On our... More

We wanted to grab a quick bite since we arrived late at our hotel and the staff recommended this place. It is family friendly and casual. The food was reasonably priced and fresh.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
