After 3 years coming back to Rome, Antica salumeria still on my list...i always recommended to my friends once in Italy. The feel, the taste and the atmosphere are great. The "charcuterie" plate is one of a kind and very tasty

This shop feels and looks like old Rome. It's right off the Pantheon, which made me very suspicious -- thinking it was a tourist trap. Now, its definitely catering to tourists, but it does a fine, reasonable (for a tourist area) priced job of staying...More

My wife and I found ourselves at the Pantheon piazza at lunch time, and lo and behold there it was . . . Antica Salumeria, a little deli type of place, offering sandwiches, which was exactly what we had in mind. You need to go...More

This is a very old and special place to go and try several types of salami. Before you buy you can try several flavors an chose the one that better suit your paladar. You can also have sandwiches at the place.

This tiny meat shop/restaurant is happening! Located diagonally from the Pantheon. Excellent meats and cheeses to eat in or take away. Their meat and cheese platter had a variety of 8-10 house made meats and sausages (cotto, salamis, porchetta) and 5 cheeses. 15 Euros and...More
