We (3 people) had a dinner in this restaurant. The dishes were bad and also very little. The restaurant charged us 3 euros for water which is okay. But they also charged us 4 euros for about 6 very small pieces of bread for three of us. They even did not toast the bread. So the bread was cold. After... More

Are you sure you have been in our restaurant ? The price for a basket of our home made bread is just 2 Euros and not 4, and many reviews on tripadvisor says that we make huge portions. Anyway i think its normal betwen humans to make a sort of vocalizations from the mouth commonly called "words" to explains emotions... More

All our courses were really good. Service was fine but not outstanding. Dessert items were amazing. One of the better meals we had in Rome, would return.

We had the T-bone steak, which was very tasty and came with decent enough fries (for Italian standards). Good value as well. The same family has a dessert shop/gelateria down the road, so there was a nice selection of fresh desserts to choose from. The waitress enthusiastically explained the different options and our crumble with coco gelato met the expectations!

Very friendly atmosphere and good cooking. The food is superb, the best Italian. The portions were very generous unlike some reviews I had read that complained about being small. They generously added several small items to our order for free.

Came across this place after our first choice was booked. It was a spontaneous decision to eat here, which we didn't regret at all. The food was tasty, decent portions (not huge but enough to fill you up and leave you feeling content--there were a lot of options and we got pasta and dessert), and the atmosphere was welcoming. The... More

Stumbled upon this restaurant and ended up eating there a couple of times during our stay. An old family establishment recently modernised by the son and his girlfriend it has a great look and is quite busy. The food and service were excellent and was very reasonably priced indeed. They have a range of seasonal daily specials and the meals... More

We stayed in Merulana street and this restaurant was the one that serves more than just pizza and panini in the neighbourghhood. I'm a vegetarian and I desperately craved for a good salad. We had Caprese, seasonal vegetables with fried breads and potato grilled with herbs. Everything except Caprese was over salted, and mozzarella in Caprese was served with a... More

We were there a few times for a morning coffee and two times for a dinner (first evening and the last one). Coffee was ok. Dinners were more than ok. They put a lot of effort to make guest enjoyed and food was above average. The menu was rather modern but with elements of tradition.
