This place is legendary in Romw with good reason- the drinks come fast and its dirt cheap for Rome, so everyone is here. Grab a stool and get friendly with your neighbours while you watch the world here go by. Its been here for ever...More

No pretensions whatsoever. Reasonably priced, great drinks on offer and a perfect spot to while away the hours. Getting a seat can be tough but it is well worth it because you can just sit and listen to the locals chatting and have a few...More

Cheap drinks, teaming with locals, basic but fun. Relaxed vibe. Try to catch a table to soak up the atmosphere even more.

Loved this place ! Apart from the by far cheapest drinks we found in Rome (cheaper than some supermarkets) the great mix of tourists and friendly locals made it a great place to hang out. It gets extremely busy and tables and chairs can be...More

Al final...More

I found this place long time before our trip to Rome even started and I'm glad I did. It was tuesday evening and I fell in love with Trastevere. After wandering the streets we hit this place full of local people chatting and having fun...More

This bar is such a hidden gem in the area of Trastevere. We happened across this place by accident but so glad we did. As we walked down a back street we were surprised to see so many people standing around the square enjoying a...More

The simple fact is that you won't find another bar in Rome serving you ice cold Peroni for €1.50 a bottle. Friendly and a good mix of locals and tourists from across the globe. My most favourite bar to visit from my whole trip.

Absolutely loved this place!!! Our Airbnb was a two minute walk from here so we frequented it often, multiple times a day. San Calisto is a traditional Italian “bar” … meaning it serves coffee drinks, pastries, beer, hard alcohol, sodas and even gelato. It’s pretty...More

A very busy little corner bar, bristling with locals, cheap drinks and good views of the passerbys. The drinks were very cheap and we met alot of people. Fun

Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded
postcard, a little worn around the edges but still
charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering
streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and
overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible
mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of
entertainment - a rotating set of street performers
entertains almost every night, and unforgettable
