In Rome with my family to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday, this place was recommended by a friend who is a tour guide in Rome. This was the best meal we had during our trip, all the pastas we had were superb, and we were given a table outside so we could people watch. My wife and I enjoyed it... More

Returned in March this year and glad to find that everything is as good as my visits 3 years ago! Comprehensive menu. Simple and delicious home made pasta. Good house red wine. Fantastic service. They were also so nice to offer me tiramisu when there was only any slight delay in bringing the food, or thanking me for moving to... More

Situated just minutes from the Pantheon, this is not a tourist trap! The food is excellent and the service friendly. Our group of 17 was greeted with glasses of prosecco. The restaurant itself is quite small, but has a wonderful ambience. We enjoyed our candle-lit lunch and I'll certainly be back.

Me and my boyfriend visited this restaurant while we were on holiday in Rome, the pasta was fresh and tasty. The red wine they serviced was really nice. The interior of the restaurant is quite old fashioned, however I quite liked this because it gave the building some character. The price for our meal wasn't very expensive which was good... More

We found a lovely side street lined with quaint restaraunts. I saw all the stickers and trip advisor stickers on the window. Trusting my fellow reviewers we popped in. It is cozy, quaint and just lovely inside. However,my bruschetta was soggy. I have never experienced soggy bread on bruschetta and it was a mess. My ravioli stuffed with cheese and... More

I've been here a couple of times, and the welcome is always warm and friendly. For a place so close to the Pantheon in tourist territory, it offers good food at a reasonable price. Servings are generous, particularly for antipasti, so think about sharing! My friend ordered something she wasn't keen on, and they replaced it with another dish -... More

Between Trevi and the Pantheon there is a street full of "touristy" restaurants and this little gem is old and ran down in the dead middle. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and the food was great too! Will definitely come back here every time we visit Rome.

Small restaurant about 3 minutes away from Pantheon. Great antipasti, we had four different pasta dishes. One better than the other. And the saltimbocca romana was also very tasty. About 25 euro per person including starters and drinks.

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
