Let me start off by saying we make it a point to only eat in Michelin starred restaurants at dinner and have enjoyed many throughout Europe so far. As such I believe we can offer a fair review. Let's keep it short: I needed a place for my girlfriends birthday and this restaurant convinced me on their website manifesto alone.... More

It is difficult to write an average review for a 1 star Michelin restaurant that has so many excellent reviews. In brief, I found the tasting menu uneven and the request for a cash tip and positive review on Tripadvisor unprofessional. Three of the six courses were enjoyable but not outstanding. The rest were, shall we say, challenging to understand... More

We selected the restaurant last minute reading the various reviews on line. What was interesting how the majority of them defined it as modern cuisine. We did try the menu Radici, six dishes, and all of them have been very good and very tasting. Our waitress was very attentive and professional he suggested also a good selection of wine. We... More

Outstanding quality of food in an elegant and exclusive environment. Ideal for a business lunch or dinner. Don't miss the wine cellar!

Rice with prawns and chocolate soufflé are unmissable. Carbonara has a delicious taste and is the best one you can try in Italy. Lobster and beetroot a very original dish to try

One of the best fine dinning experience during my 2 weeks travel in Italy with my husband. Great service and fabulous food. Presentation of each dish, and the fresh ingredients were all of the highest quality. Professional service with friendly and warm remarks. A great meal and will definitely go back when we are in Roam next time.

The decor and the presentation are fabulous. Getting there and parking the only issue best to just take a taxi rather than figuring out where and how to park. The server was a bit new but did a great job. The food presentation is worth the price

Had dinner here during my honeymoon. Compared to the other michelin 1-star restaurants I've eaten at, Pipero al Rex was one of the more intimate: ~8-10 tables or so. The food is unique, imaginative, and absolutely delicious. The wine pairings were amazing; some of them are my favorite till this day. The service was flawless as well. I would highly... More
