Delicious food for a reasonable price. Wonderful pizza and the best pasta I have ever eaten. Pizza Capriciosa for 8 euros, half a liter of red wine for 5 euros is a bargain, comparing to the prices in the centre of the Rome. Waiters are communicative and helpful, it is a great place to spend some time with a good... More

Nice Italian restaurant, not too expensive and a wide choice of dishes on the menu. The pasta I had was very good, as well as the profiteroles for dessert. Nice atmosphere inside and friendly staff

It was our first dinner in Rome and it was fantastic. The starter was great - Parmigiana and the pasta and pizza just amazing. Great house wine and the staff verry good with high focus on details. Kind also. Stop by anytime you come to Rome.

Fantastic italian food, (pastas were delicious). Nice and confortable outdoor eating. The employees were very nice and change the bottle of wine that we taste previously (and don't liked). We went for two dinners.....to repeat next time in Rome.

We arrived in Rome a couple days ago and found this great place. Went back a second time and had not only great food, but fun waiters. They explained the dishes and were quick with suggestions. The house white wine was fantastic. Make it stop if in Rome

This is a typical tourist location, you'll see no native Roman eat there - ever. Food and service were average. But the prices are too high. For the same price you could go to an Osteria (ex. La Sol Fa) and have an excellent meal with primi and secondi. Wouldn't go there again.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
