Amberjack steamed in parchment with fresh vegetables. So simple yet so amazing. Blew my mind! Pablo and team provided great service. Perfect location in the heart of Rome, just 2 min walk from the Spanish steps. We'll be back! Fantastico!

Dilla is the perfect place for a high styled lunch break in Rome. There were more locals than tourists which is always good!
