It was our last reataurant during the recent 4-day stay stay in Rome. We were a group of 8 people and the restaurant was almost closing after lunch, BUT they accepted us and it was an excellent experience. Really nice, family (like) restaurant. Everything we orderd was served very quickly and everything was very tasty. Salami served before the lunch... More

Having spent hours visiting the Vatican Museum and Sistene Chapel we were really in need of food, wine and seats as we headed down the street to St. Peter's. .Thanks to TripAdvisor we realised that we were only steps away from this restaurant. We were really surprised at the quality of the food (sometimes restaurants in touristy places can be... More

Amazing service, fantastic value, great food, what more do you need for a place to lunch after the battling through the Sistine Chapel? We have no problems recommending this place.

They treated us like family, the lasagna is a must get. The carbonara is nice but was a little dry. Big portion sizes and must recommend for quick and cheap eats.

The waiter and the price were nice. The food quality was perfect. The food portions were big. After and before the dinner we got surprise, there were ham and cheese appetizer and after some chocolate and traditional italian snaps. Next time we will visit them again! :)

Someone near the Vatican museums recommended this place so my husband came to check it out. When he ask if the owner was Giulio Massa he was warmly greeted and we were welcomed to a pleasant table outside. It was pretty busy at the time and tho the antipasti came quickly, our pizza was a little slow in arriving. However,... More

We came to this restaurant for lunch as we were meeting near the Vatican Museums for our tour in the afternoon and it had a high Trip Advisor rating. Knowing that the area around the Vatican is typically a tourist trap, going to a restaurant with a high TA rating, we could not go wrong, especially since I could not... More

Have to say the food and drinks were ok, not bad but for the price I would have wanted better. We had 2 bowls of assorted salad, 2 little deserts a small beer and a small wine €45. I would suggest to walk just outside the walls, only 100 meters further and you will find an array of little bistro,... More
