Yummy!!! Really scrumptious gelato! Reasonably priced! I had passion fruit, vanilla and coffee flavour, they were really, really good!

The gelato here was delicious, had three choices of flavours for a reasonable 2,50. I had whiskey gelato, mint and pistachio and it did not disappoint. Service was very friendly too.

Every time we go to Rome we have ice cream at L'orso Bianco - great gelato, very reasonably priced. My favourite flavours this time were hazelnut and coconut, my husband's favourite was the dark chocolate. bellissimo!

We visited this Gelato place just as it opened. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and nice. I had the orso Bruno, pistacchio and coconut. My wife had black cherry (amareno), Pino pinguino and strawberry. All 6 flavours were amazing. A must try in Rome!!

Nice staff, lots of different flavors and ok price. Few tables in and outside. We think it was the best gelato we got in our roma trip.

The pistachio gelato was the best I had in Rome. Lots of delicious flavors to choose from. Wasn't close to where we were, but definitely worth the taxi ride over for this delicious treat. Definitely recommend!

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
