Far from the madding crowd but just on your doorstep. Where do you eat when everyone is hassling you? Baffetto does good simple food and reasonably priced wine. Definitively worth noting.

By far the best pizza I have had. Cannot fault the food. Service was a bit slow but they were busy so excused. The waiter was a bit rude to start with but must have warmed to us as he was a lot more happy towards the end. Some people were being turned away as it was so busy so... More

We had lunch here so it wasn't too busy. Pizzas were good, nice thin crispy crust and you can see them being made but not the best we've had in Rome. Very casual place with plain tables and a very simple menu. They don't serve coffee: we would have liked a coffee after our lunch so had to go elsewhere... More

Went for lunch, place was pretty busy. We ordered a pizza, which took 40 minutes to arrive. We watched the waiter move other customers from their tables to jam them next to other people by flicking his fingers at them. He was the worst. And then we went down to pay for the pizza to stand at the till for... More

Sunday night, three free tables and they made us wait outside for nearly 30 min. The big waiter guy just told us in a very rude way just saying "aspetta" (it means "wait") and pointing to the door. No more words. Ive been coming to Rome for years and this is the first time I got treated this way in... More

They are supposed to be the best pizza in Rome but they were the most unpolite waiters we have ever met. We went today for dinner and the place wasn't even full. The waiter told us in a rude way to wait outside for 5 minutes. We waited and during that time 4 tables left. When we were supposed to... More

We are here twice on our 5-day trip to Rome and it was delicious. Very rustic and quick service but fantastic pizza! Even my 5-year-old sister was able to find something to eat there. A fantastic place you must visit on your trip just make sure you arrive there early to make sure you can get a table as they... More
