Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I had a really nice evening here with my friends - delicious pizza (I recommend the pizza with tuna). Service was really friendly! :)

Intimate and pleasant place for a dinner with friends dispite the noise and agitation in the restaurant, excellent pizza, nice staff... made me to get there three times in my short one week vacation at Rome, love it, if I return to Rome, I will...definitely come back here for a pizza.More

The best pizza in town ( from 5 data de have eating 2 times). Very good prices, pizza and services. An accesibile location and it is very important to make rezervation because all the time is full reserved ( with minimum 1 hour before). Meniu...is in english and italian and the have a lot of tipe of pizza, if you are not decide what to order the personal could help you with pleasure. We have tried a lot of places, but this is the favorite one.More

This is a great pizzeria overall! The name is due to the doe’s lievitation process. The menu is in English, (which is not usual for a non-touristy place not in the city centre) the pizza doe and ingredients are good quality for a reasonable price. You...can choose both traditional starters and original ones, the same goes with pizzas: you have “classica” (classic pizzas), “rosse” the ones with only sauce without mozzarella, “bianche” the opposite as rosse:) also desserts are nice, the tiramisu was homemade and good for 2 people to share!only negatives: the service could be improved, there are not enough people serving people and it was very loud. Must go overall!More

The place is quite small, therefore it is always better to book your table in advance. Starters: let the staff help you with the choice, the deep fried combos are a mouthful of joy. The pizzeria takes its name from the 72 hours the dough...stays raising before being baked and served. That makes the pizza easy to digest to almost anyone. The choice of toppings reflects perfectly the roman tradition of pizza. The price/quality ratio is of the highest I can think of.More

TIP: Very small pizzeria, just a simple hall, book your table in advance during the weekend! Nice place, funny waiters, but really noisy...! Pizza was truly good: well done and baked (72 hours raising time! You can feel the difference with some preprocessed rubbery base)...in a wood fired oven. There's a good offer of toppings. Try the starters (typical roman style, almost everything deep fried but still not greasy and so yummy). Maybe not the best pizza in Rome but surely among the best ones.More

We have a few favorite pizzerias in Roma and are often disappointed by places others seem to think are amazing. This place truly is excellent and for us, worth the hour it takes to get there from our home. We'll need a second visit to...try a few more menu items and check consistency, but 72 Ore charmed us on the first visit. Great service, fabulous pizza, terrific prices: We will be back. One item of note: they take large groups, which is great if you have a large group, but it is a noisy place when full!More

From the large glass walls outside, it is already possible to perceive the lively atmoshere that animates the pizzeria, situated in a popular district of Rome. Despite the large number of people eating and some waiting inside, the place does not give rise to a...feeling of crowing because of the spacious room and the clever restaurant's tables disposition. Furniture contributes to make the pizzeria comfortable. The owner is sincerely welcoming and funny. He offered us a glas of high-quality bier while wainting for a table, chatting friendly with us, and a delicious liquor at the end of our dinner. The jewel in the crown is the pastry of the pizza, which is soft inside and slightly crispy outside, due to the long leavening hours. It is neither as thin as the Roman pizza nor high as the Neapolitan one: it is a right compromise. The ingredients of the pizza are fresh, the waiters very kind and the quality-price rate good.More
