Food was delicious. Our group had rigatoni carbonara, fettuccini with black pepper and pecorino cheese and fettuccini with lamb. All very tasty. Tiramisu was good, but had better in Rome. Place is vey small, sitting very close to others and it was packed with people waiting so a good sign that locals love it. A definite recommend. House red wine... More

Found this gem and went there twice! Not only was the food really good, and well priced, but service was great too! We stayed at the Piccadilly and there's aren't a lot of great restaurants in the area. This one definitely is worth it!

In our 6 day trip to Rome, this was the only restaurant we went to twice! We were able to get seated both times without a reservation (we were 2 and it was on a Wednesday and on a Friday evening). The pasta is homemade there and it is divine. I had, both times, the classic cacio e pepe and... More

It is a place mostly frequented by locals, and I think that says it all. The prices are good and the food is really good. I had the pasta and it was amazing, I could tell it was homemade! Excellent! Only keep in mind that it's a small place so it is either reserve or wait. And also you might... More

As Rome is full of tourist traps I had to check all the time for restaurants and found this one near our guesthouse, decided to try it out after the reviews and man I ate the best pasta of my life here. We went without reservation so had to wait 10 mins, its a small but really cozy restaurant though... More

A taste of traditional Rome, we saw some good reviews to tried to get a table on our first night. We were turned away so made sure we booked for the next evening, which was definitely necessary. They must have turned away at least 8 tables during our meal. Very traditional family fun restaurant, menu is on a black board... More

Visited with my son whilst staying in Rome and had a lovely meal. Staff were friendly and the place had a lovely atmosphere. Was very good value for money compared to anywhere in the centre. Frequented by lots of local people so it is essential to book in advance.

This is the best food we have ever had. The antipasti platter to start was amazing, followed by delicious carbonara and a delightful tiramisu! All washed down with 1.5L of wine for €11! The hosts were fantastic and the whole meal came to a reasonable €50! It's clearly a family restaurant with lots of locals. But make sure to make... More

What I liked most about this place was that there were no tourists which is rare in Rome. It's a genuine restaurant for locals with a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Food is also very nice. So good, in fact, that we went twice. Highly recommend the ravioli. The saltimbocca was also good. All in all, a very nice... More

Highly recommend Trattoria Etruria for the wonderful food. The menu changed between our 2 visits in 3 days, fresh ingredients, delicious. And the staff were welcoming and helpful and friendly.
