They let you sample anything and they’re very friendly about it. In the back, there’s this cool-looking R&D lab type of room where it looks like the owners are taste-testing new flavors lol. Very cool spot. Pistachio is a great choice, super creamy

THE BEST gelato!! The owner, a sweet man, was all smiles as we enjoyed our delicious gelato. All 4 of us tried different flavors and we were all very pleased! A must when visiting Rome.

Very good and natural ice cream. The freshness was evident in the way the ice cream was located in steel tins rather than visible in plastic containers. They take their ice cream seriously!

Stopped for a gelato--everyone has one at least once! Owner was behind the counter, all gelato is homemade, and it was amazing! I had secret house special--a must!--my other half had pistachio--also excellent. Great variety of flavors, as well as other sweets!
